The blueprint behind every press.
These diagrams show how AquaPress is built, piece by piece. From the foot pedal to the crushing plate, every component has a purpose, and every connection is engineered for reliability.

External Structure and Input
This view shows how the outer wooden enclosure holds the inner frame and the transparent fluid chamber. The foot pedal connects to the input syringe at the base. When you press down with your foot, you push fluid through the sealed system.
Key Components
- Compressor
- Inner Frame
- Foot Pedal
- Input Syringe

Hydraulic Tubing and Frame
The tubing carries the hydraulic fluid from the input syringe up to the output syringe. The main frame is the garbage can itself, and the lid opens to let you load trash. The fluid lines are sealed and run along the sides, protected from damage.
Key Components
- Lid
- Main Frame (The Garbage Can)
- Tubing (Hydraulic Fluid Lines)

Operation and Compression
Here you see the device in action. The user presses the foot pedal, which sends fluid to the output syringe. That syringe pushes the crushing level downward, compacting the trash inside. In this diagram, the trash is aluminum cans, but the device works with any compressible waste.
Key Components
- Output Syringe
- Crushing Level
- Trash (Cans)
- User Foot (Manual Operation)
Simple parts, powerful results.
The AquaPress blueprint shows that you do not need complexity to achieve performance. By using basic hydraulic principles and durable materials, we created something that works without fail.
No Hidden Mechanisms
What you see is what you get. Two syringes, sealed tubing, a foot pedal, and a crushing plate. There are no circuit boards, no wiring, and no parts that can short out or burn up.
Built for Repair
If something ever does wear out, every part can be replaced individually. You will not need to throw away the whole device because one seal failed. This is repair-friendly engineering.
Transparent by Design
The clear fluid chamber is not just for looks. It lets you see the hydraulic fluid level and confirm that the system is working. You can watch the science happen in real time.
