Leadership

Three founders. Three disciplines. One device.

Each of us ended up in a role that simply made sense based on what we are genuinely good at. The work is split evenly by strength, so no one carries more than a fair share.

A

Alejandro

Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer

Operations and logistics, and the reason the production timeline actually holds together.

Alejandro keeps everything running on schedule. If something needs to get done, he is the one ensuring it happens. He owns the supply chain, the assembly cadence, and the operational discipline that turns a prototype into a repeatable product.

V

Vedh

Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

The engineering mind who translated fluid mechanics into a physical device.

Vedh figured out how to convert the science we learned in class into something that genuinely works. The hydraulic system is his design, from the dual-syringe pressure circuit to the ram that drives compaction. Every performance claim traces back to his bench testing.

M

Mason

Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer

Brand, advertising strategy, and how AquaPress meets the public.

Mason runs our brand and advertising. The slogan, the logo direction, and the campaign approach are all his work. He shapes how the world perceives AquaPress and how we reach the customers who need it most.

How We Work

A culture built on open conversation.

We hold regular meetings to talk through progress, problems, and new ideas. If someone is stuck or stressed, we address it as a group rather than letting it accumulate.

Balanced workload

Responsibilities are divided by strength and reviewed regularly to keep the load fair.

Everyone speaks up

If Mason wants to change the campaign or Vedh finds a better build, we listen. Good ideas come from open dialogue.

Reinvest in ease

As we grow, profits fund better tools and more efficient processes, so the work gets lighter over time, not heavier.

Fair work is good business.
